My ex-husband and now a current boyfriend, both have one maddening thing in common: they tend to not make a stand, won’t make decisions, can not handle change.

In this way, they are not able to be the head of the household, the Priest of the household as I want my husband to be. I don’t want to make all the decisions. A quality I’m looking for if I ever get married again is a man who can be as God says in the Bible.

In the meantime, I am working on how to be the wife God will want me to be. I know I need to be less of a perfectionist and critical. That part I am working on in a woman’s group at church.

But I would love to read some need some real-life examples along with good Christian advice. I’m reading Radical Womanhood right now and it’s helping me.. great book!
